Riverside Inn (SY5 6AF - 01743 296613) – Our closest pub and restaurant, only a mile away in Cound, the dog-friendly Riverside Inn is a beautiful Grade II listed building. Great atmosphere and views, extensive good value menu, but quality of food and service can be variable, especially when busy.
The Mill (SY5 6RN - 01952 443559) − Reached by a leisurely 30-minute walk from the Old Hall, The Mill is a recently refurbished, family and dog friendly pub serving locally sourced produce. (Or two miles by car). Closed Monday, no food Tuesday.
The Huntsman of Little Wenlock (TF6 5BE - 01952 503300) – A picturesque restaurant and bar serving tempting dishes and ales. Dogs allowed in bar area, same menu as restaurant. (About 3 miles away down country lanes).

Ironbridge
Just 6 miles away is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ironbridge where the world's first iron bridge was erected over the river Severn in 1779. Now a peaceful small town, the gorge was once at the very heart of the industrial revolution. There are a variety of different restaurants and bars strown along the river valley.

CSONS (SY1 1SZ - 01743 272709)-is a globally inspired but locally sourced delight. Their menu changes regularly to reflect the close relationship the brothers (the CSONS) have with their local producers. Open daily but suggest check website for opening hours.
