You will not be charged for cancelling up to 7 days prior to your arrival. Thereafter, or In the event of a no show or booking reduction, the full cost of your booking will be charged. Any extras booked prior to your arrival will also be taken from the card on which your booking was made.

Check In and Checkout Times
Check in 4.00pm until 7.00pm unless otherwise agreed.
Check out 10.30 when the balance of your payment will be due.
Smoking
We operate a strictly no smoking policy within the house.
Alcohol
We are not licensed to sell alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own. We provide corkscrews, bottle openers, and glasses in all bedrooms as well as a mini fridge to keep items cool.
Dogs
We welcome one or two well behaved house trained dogs to stay in our Oak Room. The Breakfast Conservatory and the Drawing Room are for our two legged guests only. If you need to wash your dog, there is water, and we can provide a towel in The Portico. If your dog is a messy eater, please feed him or her in The Portico. Please use the poop bags we provide and put them in the bins provided.
Dogs are more than welcome to stretch their legs in the gardens or woods, but please do respect the fact that not all our guests may be dog fans! There is livestock fencing around most of the garden and wood, but it is your responsibility to look after your dog at all times. If your dog has a toilet accident and you are unable to clean it up, please ask us so that we can ensure it is cleaned up appropriately. In the event of a 'holiday exuberance' breakage/damage accident, please let us know so that we can sort out a replacement.
Accessibility
Please note that the gardens have pools, steep slopes and steps and many uneven surfaces. The house is not suitable for those with mobility issues as the bedrooms are on the first floor and there are different levels between bedrooms and ensuite.
